This Home is the Definition of Classic Seaside Style with Coastal Features Throughout

Just 0.4 mile from the beach and the St. Simons Island village area, this home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal features include wood floors throughout, bead board detail and relaxed colors and furnishings. The home's entry has a small front porch seating area perfect for sipping iced tea and contemplating the day. Upon entering the home, the main level is a single open area with space for watching television, dining, cooking, reading or relaxing . The fireplace featured is decorative and non operational.  The main level features a powder room for convenience.

The kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless appliances, gas stovetop and beautiful bib sink.

The back door of the main level leads to a cozy back porch seating area with small garden seating and grilling area. | | The second level features a master suite with king bed. The master bathroom has a spacious tiled shower, two comfort height vanities and bead board finish. The closet in the master is a locked owner's closet, but the room features plenty of dresser space and just outside the master is a hall closet for hanging clothes. Just down the hall, a second bedroom features a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Also on the second level is a closet with washer and dryer as well as a cozy screened porch for enjoying the breeze.

On the third level at the top of the stairs is a large loft room with two day beds—each with a trundle. A great space for children or grandchildren. The third floor also features a bedroom with full bed. The bedroom and loft share a bathroom and hall closet. Access to this bedroom is through the loft area.

Wireless internet is provided. PLEASE note there is only room for 2 average size vehicles for parking.

Be advised there is an EXTERIOR only camera  around the property to help maintain security of the premises.

Pets accepted with $150 non-refundable deposit .

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twin Trundle Beds equating to 4 Twins. The owner has also provided a pack'N play.
