“Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. ”

“Beautiful cottage with really lovely hosts. They couldn't have been nicer, and so welcoming, and happy for us to come and go as we pleased during our stay. The best part about our stay was the breakfast! Honey yoghurt with granola and fruit, full English or smashed avocado, was beautiful and set us upfor the day ❤️”

Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. “Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”
