“This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. ”

“Attended several events and found transportation between the apartment and venues was easy.Also found a couple real good local eateries in close walking distance.”

“We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well located, close to Dupont Circle and the Metro there, restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS drugstore. It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own……

“Cute place, and just as advertised. I communicated with the owner and he got back to me quickly which is appreciated.The kitchen has everything you need, but as there is no ice maker, there was a bag of ice already there which was great to see. The BR does not have a TV, but the bed is super comfy. Quite a bit of road noise from the open window, I used 2 fans to drown out the noise. However noise is minimal when window is closed (but must be a fire station near by - heard quite a few……

“My mom and I stayed here while we have a loved one in the hospital. The staff was very accommodating to us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is where we will plan on staying every time we come to visit! ”
