“We went there in part because of the spa, but it wasn't working while we were there, and the staff made no effort to address it or even apologize. Expected them to still be working out the kinks given that it is a new property, but customer service could have been stronger.”

“This hotel has several buildings in the stockade district. The one I stayed at was on Pearl St, which I suspect is their newest acquisition. It has potentential, but I had the feeling it wasn't quite done. I would certainly stay here again, just in a different building.”
