“Very clean condo and Gloria was terrific! Excellent location if going to a concert at Bank NH Pavilion. Barefoot Beach was a beautiful beach with stunning mountain views. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs……

“Location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. The space is perfect for a couple very clean and cozy. Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again”

“The condo was even nicer than the pictures suggested. The view of the lake was completely unobstructed and absolutely beautiful. Furnishings and appliances were high-quality, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The house was spotless on arrival.I had one small question about the shower, and the rental service responded quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.I would highly recommend this property. I traveled alone, but for families, the downstairs den would be a perfect spot……

“The apartment was beautiful, centrally located, private, well supplied with kitchen accessories. Great seacoast atmosphere! Quiet street. A wonderful place and would enjoy staying there again!”

“Great location, was clean and looks updated. 2 issues: 1. Toilet would not fill properly. We had to lift lid and trip the valve. Host said it will be fixed. 2. Could use a better mattress in master bedroom. Otherwise place is great!”

“The condo well stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay and was very clean. I had a problem with the fireplace and the host reposted super quickly. View of the lake is great. ”

“Needs to be modernized! Paint peeling everywhere and cleaning is an afterthought. It’s also not easy for walking back the room. All directions are straight up hill so be prepared. ”
