We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

This was a great stay... private little garage, clean newly remodeled room and only a 15 min walk to Universal Studios tram. Check in was a little slow and no breakfast close by. Also, no room darkening shades... shutters let quite a bit of light in. Closed gate at night for security.

Very friendly staff, went above and beyond. Very happy with my stay!

Juan was very nice and friendly. Thank you for the nice stay

We had a 4 night stay here while visiting Universal Studios. Room was clean and everything we expected it to be. Missing a couple of amenities such as a guest laundry room but they have cleaners within walking distance. Elevator was out of service but no complaints. Most important part of this review is to shout out some of the staff who made this experience more enjoyable than it already was.. Matt and Aylin at the bar were amazing! Great energy, personalities, and hospitality overall. Omar at...

Really nice and clean motel it makes you feel like home really cossy and alot of shops around 7 eleven, pizza shops and only five minutes from universal studios and really quiet around

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

The front accommodated me for my special request. I am very grateful.

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

Great hotel!!!!

We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Great staff very comprehensive in All aspects lkepomg It simple

Perfect location and handsome staff and I like the free barking valet

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are huge, clean, and updated. The laundromat in the building was useful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and they have Starbucks coffee! Also, we had a problem with something happening to on of the two suites we had and they absolutely made it right immediately. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this hotel.
