“Great location nearby Universal Studio! Small and clean property have 2 side number with 11117 and 11119, new decorations. Very nice staff, help to keep key after late back from studio night event, only can’t early check in, room inside looking is same as Hotel.com profile, Thx”

“Great”

“I went with my Husband, the room smelled bad to the point where we had to sleep with the windows open. AC couldn’t be on either because it would intensify the smell. I thought it was a decent place because of the reviews but honestly I wouldn’t recommend it. The location is even sketchy, and we weren’t aware of any amenities like ice or anything. Lady in the front just gave us our door card and that was it.”

“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”
