"I was going to hold off reviewing this place until after things were solved with the property management. Apparently they are taking the stance of no refund despite the issues so here we go.

"We’ve often stayed at this hotel over the last. Staff have always been great - very helpful & pleasant. The rooms have been clean & comfortable, especially the beds. We’ve also enjoyed the hotel restaurant."
"Excellent location within walking distance to everything you need to see downtown as a tourist - the tower, the Core, the library, the Peace Bridge, etc. Very responsive staff - we had a cold night, they provided a heater and blankets, also printed our car voucher at no extra charge. We loved the restaurant, the terrace and the pool view!"

"Stayed one night for next day travel from airport. Couldn’t have asked for more. Bed was extremely comfortable.
The only thing was my room was next to elevator, kept hearing the elevator sound quite frequently. Parking was easy to find. Breakfast was good, loved the fresh fruits and toast - make sure eggs are freshly brought out when having breakfast, otherwise it’s gets tough to chew."
