“Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything……

“Very good location. Close to the highway, restaurants, and grocery store. Neighbors were very friendly. It is on a busy street though. Kitchen was basically unusable for cooking. No counter space. “The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish.
