“We had three of the same rooms booked and one room was way smaller than the others. The bed washard and the pillows were very thin.we paid for ocean view and were at the back of the building. All the rooms are ocean view so thats a rip off.It was stated on the paper that pool hours were until 9\. Took our whole family to swim and they tunred us away and said it closed at 6\. They claimed to have 4 restaurants and didnt have a single full service restaurant. Told us we still owed roughly 900 on……
