Wonderful customer service!!!

Room we booked did not come with a sofa bed as described by hotels.com. The front desk was kind enough to switch our room to 2 doubles. Room was very spacious and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here a year ago and had a great experience. This year was a little different. The internet was down for the duration of our stay which caused the staff t have to make copies of all our identification cards. Upkeep has obviously been neglected throughout the property. The entire second floor smelled sour including our room. Breakfast was The beds slept fine but I was ready to leave early the next morning. Breakfast was not ready at 7 either.

The entryway is very clean and the front desk associate at check in was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean upon check-in. My only complaint is that the bed was hard and there was no mattress cover on the bed. I found that odd. Overall a nice stay for the price.
