“We wanted a quick little Branson get away with our furry pet Sammy. Three Little Birds was perfect! There was a lovely view from the enclosed deck. The unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! There was even a cute little Christmas tree! We would highly recommend. We didn't use the pool or see it because obviously it's winter so I can't comment on that or rate it but the entire gated complex is well maintained and feels very safe and secure. ”

We were a little disappointed upon arrival, though, as the listing and information the proprty owner had sent us beforehand made it seem like there would be a grill, a pool (shared with other units), and even some board games at the loft to use during our stay. When we were unablw to find these things, we called the owner and they let us know that they use the...

“We had a great stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, very close to a lot of activities. The owner communicated all the information that we needed and it was just a very pleasant experience. ”

“The couch is in pretty bad shape. The coffee pot was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. There are safety concerns in the bathroom. And lastly, the maintenance person probably lied on their resume. Will not be staying here again. ”

“We stayed one night and we were pleased with the place for the most part. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was updated. The kitchen was clean and nice, needs a Keurig. The condo was nicely decorated. What we could not get over was the carpet through out the condo looked very dirty and was terribly stained. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom rugs were old and needed to be washed. ”
