There is a loft area up a ladder that also had a bed, but we did not use it. We had a kuerig with coffee pods and bottled water and a microwave and small sink in the room. The female manager, was very rude to a homeless man and’s embarrassed him in front of a crowd of hotel guests & we were all very appalled by her snooty & unkind words to him. He only asked for a cup of coffee. She was such an ugly personal. Could’ve given him a banana or something. He’s a human being!”
