“Convenient by Comparing with The Other in the area ”

“The staff is nice and courteous;however the guest room on the first floor smells like septic tank very bad,after turning on the air conditioner,the smell became a little bit fine,but still unbearable,not enough cabins or sofa in the room also,won’t recommend. ”

“Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.”

“Room was cleean and beds were comfortable. Room had an odor that smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly. ”

“Very dirty property. Sheets and bedding not clean. Stained in several places. Carpeting had a lot of stains. No breakfast available which was advertised on Expedia. Also, a lot of out of order signs (ie exercise room). Not at well maintained property. ”

“Let someone know you don’t take cats. Says pet friendly but after a long drive I was refused service. Major letdown ”

“Our air conditioner would not maintain a cool, 67° in our room. There were three of us and the room was too warm to really sleep comfortably. The lady from the front desk came up while we were gone and messed with it but it just never did work right.”

“Very cute hotel for the area. The outside might look deceiving in that the rooms might not be in good condition but I didn’t have any issues with the room. Not that the outside looks trashy. It’s just has an older look to it. The room was comfortable & clean and the person at the front desk was nice. He was kind enough to recommend the coffee shop across the street for good coffee and he wasn’t wrong. ”

“After a deep search they did find our reservation. Somehow it had been cancelled. The clerk was able to still get us a room for the days we needed. It was clean and well lit. Everyone was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was we could hear the person above us walk around all morning. ”

“It was the most dirty hotel I ever stayed in bugs spiders and dirty everywhere ”

“It was late and the address led me to the wrong side of the exit ramp.”

“We like staying at this cabin.Love the view. Cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay.”

“We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. Was very disappointed. ”

“The long term tenants made me very uncomfortable for my stay. The receptionist was very kind to inform of the situation, however I could not stay there due to the circumstances. Police presence was there when we left for dinner and I could not return to the premises for the unsafe feeling. I let the staff know and they were kind.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all its amenities. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever had with a custom code made specifically for me that I could remember at the door……BRILLIANT!!”

“Hubby and I enjoyed a couple of days exploring Muskogee. This B&B was the perfect place to stay, lots of privacy, separate enter/exit door, and great AC. I highly recommend the peacock room.”
