“You get what you pay for. Homeless people sleeping right outside the room. Drug users too. Even found drug paraphernalia in my room. Pillows were dirty. Just all around gross. Thankfully I brought my own pillow and blanket. Won’t be staying at this chain ever again.”

“Everything was secure, it was a surprise that the property was down in the basement but that was probably just an oversight on my part. Everything was beautiful and very clean”

“Honestly, this place is fine if you just need to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. A couple of the light switches didn’t work, and neither did the ceiling light. The outside of the property looked a bit shabby too, and the washer and dryer were both out of order. That said, the staff was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly,……

“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”

“Kitchen was great. Rooms and beds were fine. The pillows in the room facing the street need to be replaced. Closet floors needed dusting. ”

“What a wonderful property!! The hot tub, the outdoor space, and the incredible decor and lighting in the home. This was truly an enchanted retreat. This home is close to many amenities for families. ”
