"My wife, little dog and I were in Floresville to visit family. Photos do not do this home justice. The house in very new, clean, and comfortable. We loved the open concept design. The Family/TV room was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and much larger than expected. We enjoyed staying in a small town, but could be to downtown San Antonio in 30-35 minutes (non-rush hour). We will stay here again in the future."

"I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I think people should be aware of some issues we had while staying at this property. Pros: charming, roomy, centrally located, off street parking including a garage, **hot** water, cold ac, large fenced backyard if you have a dog. Neighbors were super friendly to us, we felt safe, no neighborhood noise or issues. Cons: Dog hair is weaved into every fabric in this house. "What a great getaway property and experience our family had here. The checkin was keyless code and was sent 24 hrs prior to us arriving and was effortless to get in. The main quarters and guset house were very clean upon entry and were nice and cool. All rooms are extremely spacious with room for a air mattress for the little ones if you need it. "The space is very small which I can overlook if the space was clean. It wasn’t. There are no pics of the bathroom because the shower doesn’t feel or appear safe. The toilet is cheap, not made for adults. I communicated with Eric, the host, about my need for a clean space and he assured me that it would be. He obviously didn’t check. Check in went fine.
