“Clean rooms to awesome service . Everything was great”

“This is more of a bed and breakfast place rather than a hotel. There are 9 rooms on three floors with no elevator, which could be an issue for some. There is a restaurant attached to hotel, which served a nice breakfast, otherwise there is no seating area. I found the room to be rather dated. Shower head was old although gave good pressure. No complimentary water In the room. Air conditioning worked but again felt a bit old (weird smell from it in bedroom). Staff seemed nice enough. I think……

“The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping.……

“I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam”

“This stay at Carrubba was disappointing. The room was poor; a low ceiling meant we had to crawl into bed, dated and poor quality furnishing, no bottled water, no tea/coffee facilities etc. There was a nasty smell from the drains in the room and on the stairs. In addition, it seemed as if the terrace was not for the sole use of the residents and in nearly every case, was already reserved for outside guests, so when we wanted to get a drink we were restricted. “L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner……

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“NOT WORTH THE MONEY We picked this hotel as it looked great private beach with sunbeds . Jacuzi on the roof . None of this is there . The beach is being bilt and is a building site . The spa is at a diffrent a diffrent hitel along qith a pool and they wantbyou to pay for the service. . Not impressed . Positive the breakfast is verybgood. The location is good . There is beter for value around . ”

“Die Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich schön. Das Apartment war geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück bot erwas für jeden Geschmack. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.”

Negatives: -amenities not as advertised-rooftop pool closed due to construction; patio at beach platform under noisy construction; toilet doesn’t flush properly; -2 waterpolo nets at water platform with very noisy players; -spotty wifi; 1limited or no English at restaurant Would not recommend this hotel-it is certainly not 5 Star as advertised.”

“Et herlig og lekkert lite hotell. Super service, blide folk, deilig frokostbuffet og sentralt, litt utenfor den travleste turistgata. Nyoppusset og lekkert! Hvis vi savnet noe var det småting som knagger på rommet og veranda, samt at kjøleskapet kunne vært kaldere. Eller helt tipp topp!!! ”

Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. Apart from that the hotel is stunning and would definitely come back to stay again.”
