The property is close to Roppongi Station. It is very quiet, we could sleep with open windows. They have a small restaurant and even a small seating area outside. The rooms are small abut well equipped, you have a kettle and some tea and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with loads of amenities like toothbrushes and -paste, shavers, slippers etc. You get fresh towels every day and bedlinen is changed every 3rd day.

small rooom but its perfect for the budget and a solo traveller. The room can be a bit too warm even in the winter, trick is draw your curtain and open your window before you leave for the day. I also slept with the window open. Apart from that all great!

Rooms are very compact especially when traveling with multiple luggage’s. A/C worked well and bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness of the room was good. They cleaned the room every 3 days or whenever requested. They had good room amenities as well. The location is, however, phenomenal. Right across from a Family Mart confidence store and 2 minutes away from Roppongi station, it made travelling around Tokyo a breeze.

Good location, convenient for most places in Tokyo via subway (Roppongi station is a short walk away). The local area isn't that interesting except maybe for the teamLabs location (if you can get tickets) but its not a bad base. Hotel staff are frieendly and helpful. Main drawbacks are (1) like all APA facilities the rooms are *very* small so its tough to even unpack a suitcase and (2) this hotel has a very small "footprint" and therefore has only one elevator... so in the morning rush hour it can take a while to get down to ground level. One unexpected plus was that the "boulangerie" Sakura across the street serves an awesome breakfast!
