The manor is thought to have been erected in the 13th century and was described as 'ruinous' in a survey of the estate in 1577. The breakfast was cold on our first breakfast visit. Good choice of items. On first night had t wait 40 mins for dinner another couple had to cancel theirs as waited for nearly an hour. Staff didn’t let us know about delay we had to ask.
