"Beautiful room, excellent staff and great food"

"The staff and service are great. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The rooms desperately need a fix up. All very clean and tidy, but aging and needing a freshen up. Bathrooms clean but dated. Lots of mold in the grout and under soap dispenser. "

"Great for visiting Hahndorf as it was easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable room. "

"The rooms are very old but comfortable and clean. There is a $200 bond we weren’t prepared for, but luckily had sufficient funds to cover it. Be aware though, if paid by credit card it can take a week to drop off your ‘pending transactions’ and being able to access to those funds again. Suggestion & Feedback:- There are no lights when making your way from the hotel dining area to the rooms. Have your phone flashlight at the ready. This a safety issue as the ground is uneven and sloping. Recommend Blue Gums install sensor lights."
