![Probably one of the best views over my soul-city. And definitely my favourite.
Here-- the old buildings in the centre of Brasov, the Black Church, and Muresenilor Street turning into George Baritiu Street (continued as two other streets) and going all the way to our oldest neighbourhood, Schei -pictured through the small mysterious lights in the background-. All snowed-in. :)

![Catherine's Gate in Brasov, Romania. It was built by the Tailors’ Guild in 1559 for defensive purposes instead of an old gate destroyed by the flood in 1526. It is named after St. Catherine's Monastery that was situated there in former times. It is the only original city gate to have survived from medieval times. In fact the central tower is only a part of the original gate. Documents talk about the existence of a wooden structure which was demolished in 1827. ![this city is just amazing, does not matter the season, Brasov is one of the most beautiful cities in Romania. Located in Transilvania the views are spectacular and it is only 30 km away from the Bran Castle
