We arrived early but didn’t want to pay for early check in, so she gave us a 10% discount to use at the restaurant and bar while we waited. “The house was spacious and the lake is beautiful and clean. Lots of fridge space. Very nice swimming water. I wish the beach in front of the house was cleaned out so you could swim directly from the sand but you could avoid the water grass and lily pads by jumping off the dock. Appreciated the kayaks. “We had a great time kayaking on the lake. The water is so beautifully clear and every boat we passed was full of friendly, waving people. The grandkids had a great time in the shallow area without much worry. They also spent a good deal of time playing in the sand. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub--that was a nice added bonus. “Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.”
