Take a break from the world in this newly renovated, oceanfront town home! This marvelous three-bedroom, three-bath unit is beautifully outfitted in a blend of modern and “beachy” flair, and is sure to be comfortable for the entire group. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as its own private third floor balcony with an amazing sunrise view! The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the third has a pair of twin beds and its own TV (perfect for kids!). The fully-stocked kitchen opens up into an airy living and dining area, with seating at the table for 6 and plenty of cozy chairs from which to look out at the beach through the floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors. A sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony also has table and chairs from which you can enjoy the view as you sip your coffee in the mornings. This town home does not allow pets.

This town home has a 2 car garage and an additional parking spot for one guest. It also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Very clean and well maintained

This property is very clean, and well maintained. Due to the townhouse style, it is not recommended for anyone elderly or who may have difficulty with steep stairs. This should probably be stressed in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice view

Condo was clean and the location was good. The view from the balconies was as good as it gets for east coast beaches. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to the bedrooms though. Two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd level, which has a long set of steep stairs. This won't be an issue for most, but we had grandparents with, so it was a bit challenging for them.

Fun run-cation at Tybee Island!

Five of us women stayed here for a long weekend trip that included participating in a run at Fort Pulaski. The condo was perfect for us - plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balconies and hanging out around the table and sitting area. The location is perfect and safe. We enjoyed a couple of long walks, one on the beach and one in a nearby neighhorhood and great restaurants. There's a souvenir shop across the street which came in handy. Perfect stay!

Great beach location. We used a beach chair/umbrella service for ease, but condo had some. Located north of the chaos of south end of island, this is a perfect spot for a peaceful retreat. Only changes I'd suggest would be add a dish drainer to the kitchen and rethink the Primary bedroom furniture. Lack of chest of drawers was inconvenient for a 2 night stay, but would be very annoying for a longer one. Xtra long bedside table (looked like old sofa end table) equaled bruised shins in the middle of the night. Also, more than 2 or 3 hangars per closet if you aren't providing drawers for clothes. Otherwise, we really liked this townhome and would rent again.

Lots of stairs. The stairs to the top floor are steep and narrow. We didn’t let our kids go down them alone. Cleaners need to use mops, the floors were gritty and our feet were black just after unloading our car when we got there. I know it’s hard to get up all the sand but looks like they just swifter the place between guests and that doesn’t cut it. Bathrooms need updating. The tubs are gross and old. Didn’t feel clean after giving our kids a bath in them.

Tybee has plenty of activities/bars/restaurants for the adults to enjoy, but staying at Beachside Colony was the perfect location away from the Pier congestion to have a peaceful family beach vacation. The Deck is the best restaurant on the island and is steps away. The condo was clean, with amazing views and had a great walkway right out to the beach in under 2 minutes. Highly recommend this resort.

We also had a separate easy beach access from the rest of the resort. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything was clean as expected. This is our favorite and only choice when visiting Tybee. The onsite office here is very welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Sherry for helping us with the pool gate access. ;)
