“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this historic inn on the arguably most beautiful street in the US. The location is great. You can walk to lovely parks, boutique shops and downtown restaurants from this location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the welcome champagne, the evening wine and cheese, and the late night dessert. The breakfast was disappointing as was our smaller room on the lower level. We did spot nicer rooms upstairs……

“We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,”
