The Space:
This apartment is perfectly positioned directly across from Mollymook Beach. The perfect central location when attending wedding venues in the area too!

Located on the top floor the apartment has ocean views over Mollymook Beach and looks over the large lawn area as well as the pool. It is a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and BBQ area.

The apartment itself is light, airy and has everything you need for a short stay or a mini break. It has a well equipped kitchen, internal laundry and a lovely sunny verandah, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while enjoying the view.

Please note, This property is not pet friendly.

Mollymook is the beachside paradise of the Coastal Resort area of the NSW South Coast. Within easy distance of Canberra and Sydney, Mollymook is popular with many people as the ideal escape location any time of the year.

Mollymook is located only minutes from the harbour of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton Village. These three areas complement each other with their own special features including boutique shopping, cafes, bars and the famous Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant.
Mollymook is best known for its excellent surf beach of sweeping clean sands and clear waters and its neighbouring lush green golf course.
