"The apartment was exactly what we needed. Not huge but enough space for us. Clean and simple. I didn’t think to search in the listing, but it would have been nice to know that there isn’t parking included - we paid about 25 to park two blocks away for the night. Also, the “pool” pictured is actually a hot tub. Still nice, just wasn’t what we expected. Would recommend to stay here overall, though! "

"My husband, teenager (14) and puppy (15) stayed at this vrbo recently and we had a great time. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and we were close to anything that we could need; great restaurants, close to Minneapolis, little shops to discover of Selby. We liked having laundry access and the hosts were so responsive. During a hot day our air conditioning had issues and they came right away and it was fixed that day. "

"I had an amazing stay here. The unit is so accessible with well lit walkways and just well thought out with what it’s equipped with. It really was a good stay! Steve was very helpful and it was a nice neighborhood."

"What a cute and chic place right on Grand Avenue. So many options for restaurants and near downtown. Very spacious bedrooms and large bathroom. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a place."

"It was so neat to be in the middle of a diverse neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do. Host was communicative and the listing was very accurate to his description. I really loved that my kids were able to experience people and places out of their normal days because it’s so important for life lessons and human empathy. Loved our time in Minneapolis. "

"Considering the hotel was a block away from the homeless shelter and Salvation Army, you weren’t hassled or felt threatened from panhandlers. Still safe and clean area. The hotel itself was very surprising, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, very clean rooms I was text every day asking if I needed the room cleaned or anything. I recommend this site to everyone "
