“The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code. Cleanliness and disrepair are top categories that were lacking. Corners of rooms had dust, hair and leftover cleaner fluid.……

“I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". ”

“Location was great but if I knew about the parking before I booked and how far I had to walk from parking garage and through the garage I would not have booked. Host sent a canva presentation with clear pictures but still confusing. Parking lot is one way in and one way out so it is tricky turning car around. Apartment had horrible animal smell and musty. Host did offer to refresh but we declined due to safety and health reasons. Beds were comfortable and views were great. Apartment is in……
