"The location was near Time Square so I guess I should have know I could hear all the sirens, loud music, and noise nearby (laughing) but if this bothers you as a sleeper be prepared. The rooms were small but very clean, elevators are very small inside as well, and the staff was great. They are still doing some renovations so there were some small things that needed to be completed like water/ice on the floors, etc. I would have liked the front desk and/or bell service to answer on the many times I called with no answer. Also would have preferred for the hotel to have airport services and/or car/limo that could drop their guests off at the airport. I typically stay further near the Manhattan Central Park area and am accustomed to certain things but wanted to try a new location. Overall, the stay wasn't bad. It's an older hotel in the midst of renovations so I am keeping that in mind as I write this review, The hotel on a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate a 7. I am sure it will become better once they have finished with the renovations and final touches. If you wondering if I would stay here again, yes I would but it would not be my first choice when looking for a hotel. Thanks ROW NYC for a good stay."
