“The staff was rude, the pool wasn’t able to be utilized and that’s one of the main reasons I booked here. The manager was accusatory of an iron burn mark on a desk, after just walking in my room while I was alone. He made me super uncomfortable. I expressed my frustration and he was super disrespectful and then they locked me out of my room, when I did a late check out. The front desk agent then told me that isn’t possible, so I showed him the email and he was super rude about allowing me back……

My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that……
