“Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze……

It's conveniently located between Leakey and Garner State Park. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs you have.”
