“Room was not vacuumed, still had finger prints on mirror, food behind tv, crumbs all around bed and desk. Door handle locks were very poorly installed. I could unscrew it by hand. Air conditioner blew warm air when supposed to be blowing cold. 1 trash can by the dresser, no room service for 5 days. Went to get my deposit back, they said they were keeping it because of stains on the towels. Towels were stained when we got em. Overall horrible experience!!”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the……
