Check in staff was not very pleasant. We chose this hotel based on an indoor pool being available in the area we needed to be in. However we arrive and "pool under construction" signs on pool room. This house is great! Wonderful for hanging out with a large groups and incredible lake views. Whitney and Brian were incredibly responsive and fully stock the house with everything anyone could ever need... plus they decorated for Christmas for our family visit which was so lovely! This is what I think is another community in trouble with money. A hotel next door was out of business. For this hotel and very strongly for all the business for travelers haven’t cut there lawns this year. In other words it was fields.
