Wrestling trip

Stayed for wrestling event at Virginia sports center. Was within walking distance of event and plenty of options for entertainment/ food. Host was honest and open with communication...price seemed fair.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay here! Check in, the cleanliness, and the location was perfect! We used the bikes to get to most places, perfect biking distance! Penelope responded to any of our questions very quickly as well!! I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area!

Nice neighborhood bungalow

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. Good neighborhood, close to everything including a coffee shop and restaurants. Lots of upgrades throughout. Clean sheets and bedding. Stain-free couch! Plenty of parking. Much better staying in a place like this versus a hotel. Could not figure out the television, but other than that it was very nice. Owners have put a lot of work into it.

Great location for our needs

This unit was clean and comfortable, and served our needs for lodging for a conference at the convention center 2 blocks away. It is very nicely located right behind Three Ships Coffee which was an added bonus for the caffeine addicts among us.

Cozy appartment not so far to the beach

Nice appartment with everything we need. Only 10 minutes walking to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Easy communication with the host. Would stay again without hesitation.

The description of the house was exactly as described ave the property was clean. The only thing i would say is needed would be an outside light because the front was extremely dark.

Conveniently located, cute house

Host was very responsive and no issues for our stay. Everything was as described and it’s a quick straight shot to walk to the beach. House was comfortable and spacious. Did not realize a flea market was taking place literally in the backyard the night we checked in so we ended up short on parking til the flea market cleared but that’s not the host’s fault as our parking was clearly marked private. Little bit of dust on bunk beds and a couple dead bugs in cabinet but everything else was clean. Plenty of dining and entertainment within walking distance. Easy check in and out.

Cute unit

We had a nice time. The property owner was quick always to respond. We had everything we needed and extra with the bikes, enjoyed riding them. Only thing that might help and if minor is a bath mat. We had excellent weekend!

Beach Visit

My wife, two children, and I planned a weekend trip to the beach and this place was great. There was easy parking, plenty of towels, clean linens. The layout worked well for having our kids sleep in a separate room. The beds were too soft for my wife but were fine for me. We drove down to 16th Street and parked at a business all day while we went to the beach and it worked out well. The only issue was the wifi information was old, but they communicated back quickly to just get the updated info from the new router in the living room

Perfect Easy Va Beach Vibe

The first floor space was perfect for our 4 adult stay. Really enjoyed the location. There are 2 parking spots available in front of the unit as well as a small sitting area just outside the front door. It had everything we needed. However we never could get any of the tvs to work in the home but didn’t spend much time trying. Walking distance to the beach is responsible, we hauled all are beach stuff there and back and survived. Nice coffee shops all around. Tried a new one each morning.

Great spot

The condo was clean and a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk or a short drive to the north end of the beach. My only complaint was the lighting. Only one lamp worked in the bedroom. A lightbulb was missing in the living room and the kitchen light was very dim - one day was gloomy and it was really hard to see! Should be an easy fix.
