A Horrible and Unacceptable Hotel Experience — Absolutely No Rest or Peace!
I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my stay at this hotel. We drove four hours hoping to escape the stress of work and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing weekend. Instead, what was supposed to be a much-needed getaway turned into an absolute nightmare.
On the very first night, someone attempted to break into our room in the middle of the night! This was frightening and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was screaming, shouting, and constant noise throughout the night. We barely got any sleep.
Unfortunately, the second night was no better. The drinking, yelling, and screaming continued until 4:00 in the morning! We eventually had to call the front desk to complain, but even getting someone to answer the phone took an unreasonable amount of time.
Where was hotel security? Where was management? How is this kind of behavior allowed to continue for two consecutive nights? Guests should not have to beg for peace, quiet, and basic safety in a hotel they are paying to stay in.
Now, instead of returning home refreshed and rested, we have to face another four-hour drive completely exhausted after two nights of disrupted sleep.
This experience was not simply disappointing; it was unacceptable. We paid for a relaxing weekend and received nothing but stress, fear, frustration, and sleepless nights.
