The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good.”

“After using a lift, still have 5 steps to assess the room, not convenient”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Wir haben spontan gebucht und wurden um 21:30 Uhr sehr herzlich von Anneke empfangen. Es ist alles sehr herzlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander. Alles super sauber. Parken kostet nicht extra, Hund 7,50 Euro/Tag, was wirklich fair ist. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig. Frühstück 9-10 Uhr ist eine sehr angenehme Zeit. ”
