Property management didn’t respond promptly and blamed the tub not draining on local drainage issues with the street the house is located on. Property manager was rude and threatened to ask us to leave when I said it was unacceptable to not have hot water.”

Bring ear plugs just in case the people staying above move around a lot (we stayed on the first floor, no big deal-the noise level would in no way stop us from staying in the location again). “The house is old but that is a major part of its charm. It was spotless and not having to pack my own linens was the deciding factor in deciding to stay there. Ms. Chicotel was a wonderful host--couldn't ask for better. I also loved the Keurig and tea pot. There was decaf and regular coffee and in varying strenghts. Who does that? After a long drive up from Maryland, it was pure bliss to relax with a cup of tea. I slept in the next day, had coffee and then planned my grocery trip. ……
