“Called front desk many times, no answer. Only 2 cars parked in the entire parking lot and when I went to the front desk, she said she was busy for the last hour. TV wasn’t working and the instructions for wi Fi are horrible. The next door days inn has better customer service. Do yourself a favor and save your money and do not stay here ”

“Clean room, bed confort just right,staff available & nice, bathroon fan loud, tub caulking horrible, refrigerator door rusted and breakfast okay.”

“Had to check out early. Front desk told my husband we would have to contact Expedia to get our refund. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and they would not answer/reply to any of their messages.”

“Microwave was at floor level so had to lay on floor to use it. No Ice bucket but the Ice machine was broken anyway. Every morning at 8:30 Housekeeping would try and enter room (there were no do not disturb cards). TV remote did not work. And rates were doubled due to the Canton Swap meet. Would not recommend staying there. This is the first time I ever posted a review, normally I just tell myself lesson learned.”

“Facilities are well lite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sofia always makes guest feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and stocked with refrigerator/freezer, small coffee maker, TV, ironing board, hangers, toiletries. Laundromat on premise and workout room. Breakfast is a good value!”

“This place hasn't been updated or cleaned really well in probably 40 years. Dingy, dirty, neglected, and lots of those "landlord special" half-arse repair attempts from previous damage or failed room components. The only bright side is that there were no rats or large bugs.”

“Pillows was flat roaches in the bathroom , coffe pot didn’t work had to pay extra 20$ for my dog ”
