“When we first arrived it was clear the hotel was very old and not taken care of, perhaps even closed for a period of time as there was a flag that showed "opened" and under new management. The lobby had ceramic tile with very little seating and cold materials/feel. There was obvious construction, with dry wall dust, towels on the floor in several places to clean something up and just left there. Bathroom remodel consisted of painting the ceramic tile and bathtub. We paid for a pool and it……

“The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“The property is very convient to the area resteraunts and stores. It is alos conveinient to the sunshine Fairgrounds. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room needed minor maintainance while I was there and that was done immediately with no fuss. The only issue I had was that the rooms could use a " facelift". Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area makes terrible coffee. There's a machine in the room however, which makes great coffe, you just need to get cream and sugar……

“Unique property ”

“The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but parking is a pain. They need to paint lines. The instructions they give are to "park diagonally" but without lines in the tight parking area, people park like idiots and if you are last in, you'll have to park elsewhere. Both nights I stayed, I couldn't park in front of my unit because people park all over the place or even across 2-3 units. Everything else was fine.”

“What was unique about this property was that it sat in front of a beautiful running creek. It is all set up outside that you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound of the creek or maybe at night enjoy a fire.The house itself is beautiful, very cozy and inviting. But what made it all come together was its owner, Johnny. He puts so much care and detail into your stay making it so welcoming and comfortable. And breakfast? OMG!! Absolutely delicious and an awesome way to start your day.. And I have……
