“Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky”

André does a great job at anticipating guests’ needs—from universal charging cords to ear plugs and lens wipes—he has thought of it all.”
