Great place for family vacation!

Beautiful, custom 4200 sq ft home featuring spectacular family friendly outdoor entertaining and play area. Custom gunite salt water pool with water features including stone waterfall and a layout deck. Heated March through October upon request! 3 seating areas: pergola with swing bed and fire pit, deck with patio dining table for 6 and a kids picnic table, and a covered porch with fireplace, outdoor tv and grilling area. Fenced in backyard perfect for kiddos with a large play gym and trampoline.
Master suite features king bed, recessed ceilings and 3 large windows overlooking pool area. Master bath includes a large jetted soaking tub, spacious walk in shower, and 2 separate sink areas.
Kitchen boasts large open area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, large island, and large bay windows that overlook outdoor fireplace. Lodge room features stone fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings and lots of large fixed windows with amazing views to enjoy from all the power sofas.
Downstairs there’s 2 more bedrooms joined by a jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks, tub and shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds with pillow top mattresses. The room off the covered porch and kitchen has a pull out couch for more sleeping room and is also used as a children’s play room with toys, games and movies.
Upstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 couches. There’s a bonus area attached with another queen bed.
Our home has an amazing layout for lots of people but still leaves plenty of room. We have a huge yard with lots of sports equipment. We have fiber internet provided. We also have a loving cat named Beckett on the property that keeps the mice away from the home.

Family Weekend for Easter
Wonderful place for a family weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our extended family to gather for Easter. We look forward to staying again! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place!

Best of both worlds - relax and see a game!
Loved our stay! We were far enough away from the busy Oxford area during homecoming weekend but close enough to see a game, shop, and grab dinner. The home is spacious with plenty of room for 4 couples. And the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. James, the host, was great!

The pictures do not do this home justice! It was stunning and everything we needed and more! We traveled to Oxford to spend quality time with our daughter and were able to do just that. Can’t recommend this home enough, and the owners were so accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location just outside of Oxford
If you're looking for peace and tranquility this is your place. James is the perfect host. Reached out when we needed something, he addressed all in a timely manner. The icing on the cake was the REBEL victory over LSU, what a game! All smiles when returning home relaxing poolside. We’ll be back!

Wedding in Taylor, Mississippi
We were on the area to attend the wedding of our nephew in Taylor. As part of the wedding celebration, we also attended the Ole Miss game. The home was perfect for our party of 13. Great location, easy access to Taylor & Oxford. The kids (big & little) enjoyed the pool. The toy room was wonderful for the 2 little ones. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic house, could use attention to smaller details.
The house, pool, and overall property are even more impressive than the pictures. Attention to the smaller details would have made the stay 5-star. For example, providing dish washer soap, laundry soap, and paper products. It's inconvenient to have to spend vacation time shopping for these things. Also, the upstairs is not two separate bedrooms, but one large room with two sleeping areas. This wasn't clear from the description. We had 3 families come together and the property served us very nicely.

Perfect House for Girls Trip
This is our second year to rent this house for our annual girls trip. The house is perfect for a large group. The pool has a nice tanning ledge and there is coverage space in you need a break from the sun! Kitchen is spacious and easy for cooking and socializing. Definitely plan to come back for year 3!

Beautiful backyard oasis!
Beautifully decorated, large, comfortable house, gorgeous property. I loved the vibrant crepe myrtle lining the driveway, what an entrance! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The back decks and pool area were wonderful - the pool, outdoor tv area and the bed swing (perfect morning coffee spot!!) were enjoyed daily! The kitchen had just about everything you could need, and they provided 4 trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, 4 dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent (for the check out load of towels). The beds were comfortable - but the master bed was soo creaky/squeaky, I chose to sleep in another room - that was the only bed that was an issue for us. The owner was very responsive when I reached out with any questions. There is so much room to spread out in this beautiful home! We highly recommend it. *FYI - Beckett the cat is very sweet, tame, calm and easy, but he is very affectionate - only a warning to anyone with severe allergies.*

Family Get Away
We had a great time staying at this property. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. We were looking for just a relaxing get away without the feeling feeling like we needed to rush around. We mostly swam in the pool and cooked. We did venture out to Oxford, which was a nice drive. Definitely recommend this home for those who need a break from the hustle bustle of life.

Family vacation
This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor and pool space is incredible, with several conversation areas, fireplace, and kids playground area.There was room for three couples and their children. The house is wonderful as well. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful house!

Wonderful Family House
The setting of this property is breathtaking. The house is lovely, spacious and well maintained. James is an outstanding host and was extremely responsive. The outdoor area is spectacular as the peacefulness and beauty of the landscape combined with the amazing pool area is just 2nd to none. The bedding was comfortable and the entire family was very content. The home was built with love and it shows. Truly a magical place for our family Easter !

Great football weekend house
Easy drive to Oxford for an Ole Miss game. Also a quick drive to Taylor's Grocery, the perfect post game dinner spot. House was big enough to allow everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with owners was great.

Great house for a group
The pool is just fantastic and plenty of space for 10 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of space plus some toys which is great if you are flying to be there. The backyard lounging is top notch! We loved the daybed swing. Only downside is high fees and lots of requested cleaning of the guests prior to a cleaning person coming. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation property.

Our family stayed at this property for our yearly summer vacation. The house was everything the listing stated and more. The landscaping and pool area were amazing. The property owner was very responsive to our needs. Our grandson LOVED the playroom and we all LOVED the pool. The location of this property was perfect and we had the best vacation. Would highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in this area again would most definitely stay here again. This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The pool /outdoor area was perfect for family gatherings for all ages. The house is beautiful, spacious, and the property serene and quiet. HIGHLY recommend it.

The best property for our family gathering
Our family stayed at this property while in Oxford for my daughter’s graduation. The property was exactly as listed. We had so much room for all 10 of us. James was so easy to work with even worked with us to change out dates when we found out graduation was later than we thought. I would recommend this property to anyone!
