“We were satisfied with the lodging. The room was smaller than we had anticipated for what was label as a suite, but we made it work. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even the cleaning staff. Easy parking in their own lot. Ample number of high-quality luggage carts, so we always had one when we needed one. Nice fluffy towels. Great location, walking distance from the cassino and under the hill area. We enjoyed the stay.”

“Wasn’t really impressed when the owner let his dogs into the breakfast room with all the guests while they were eating and the dog shook his hair all over wasn’t impressed at all the only thing I didn’t like. Doidnt finish our breakfast to see how that was”

“The staff were wonderful both in the restaurant and at the front desk. The cleaning crew were very friendly. However, our room smelled very strong of perfume so we switched rooms and that was nice because we had a wooden floor less smell. The rooms are very dated. Also, there’s no coffee in the room. This would be a great addition.”

“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. The hostess was nice and the breakfast was delicious but we’re overall disappointed in the……

“Hotel is older, but very well kept could use some updates but in a town such as this, it doesn’t really make sense since there’s not a lot of tourism. The staff is excellent and the cook for breakfast and dinner is the sweetest and the food is fantastic”

“We reserved a suit but were given double queens no sofa bed. Breakfast was a hour late due loud upset guests, then we charged an additional $25 for we don’t know why? On top of already paid $230, definitely was not like our usual holiday express stays very unsatisfactory stay”

“We had no idea that Concord quarters was on the national historic registry when we booked. The owners are so gracious, and breakfast was perfect! Beds and the room were comfortable and unique. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.”
