“Bugs in bathroom, rooms not clean, tv remote not working, pillows old and lumpy, staff excellent and very helpful but they can only do so much. I will not book there again!!!”

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”

“The stuff are friendly and the place is clean. I loved the suite with 2 rooms. Quite and the air conditioner working good. Breakfast was good, clean tables. I recomend this place. Was my first time in the place, I will come back. I loved to play 🏀 basketball.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. When I checked in, I was asked, “Why are you here?” The way the question was asked made me feel uncomfortable and was not a welcoming first impression. When I got to my room, there was no water available. The most concerning part of my stay occurred that night. After 10:00 p.m., I was awakened by a loud domestic disturbance in a nearby room. I heard repeated banging against the wall, a woman screaming and crying, and what sounded like a physical altercation.……
