So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. If your looking to rest your head for 1 night its ok. But expect the conditions you will see. It snowed and NO ONE even cleared the stairs or deck . Its an old place. Not exactly quiet either. The traffic on the road was crazy. Thanks for the quick stay.
