"I desperately wanted to love our stay at the property as we visited many years ago on a day pass and it was beautiful. We are empathetic and understanding of the fact that the hurricane damaged the property. Outside of the absolutely gorgeous view by the pool and beach, this property is lacking what we were looking for. We did not purchase all inclusive (thank god), the food and drink options were minimal and subpar quality. Most of the resort is shut down and there are many electrical hazards...

"I picked this Inn because one of the website has scuba diving, turns out the scuba owner retired last year. The service and staff are excellent although limited in what they can assist on activities. The place is out of the way, it's best to rent a car. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Port Lucayan Market. Vibration from music from a quarter mile away can be heard, so if you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Very convenient restaurant 'Upstairs on the Bay' has good food and excellent...

"The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"Very private beach for the time we were there. Everywhere we visited, we always said how happy we were with our beach and accommodations. I don't think we would want to stay anywhere else if we visited again. We would definitely recommend a rental car, if you plan on traveling the island or hitting up the grocery store. Apartment had amazing views, sunrise and sunset. Great host. Only one accommodation could have made it better. I really enjoy a hot tub. We would definitely recommend this rental...

"First of all... The beach was stunning. And the luxury of being able to walk from our unit to the beach in bare feet was incredible. The pool was beautiful but a bit colder than the ocean... But who cares because we had the ocean? The new bar at Coral Beach had great stuff and great food and we had a chance to meet many of the different unit owners who were all very welcoming. The unit itself was a bit dated but extremely clean and had every single thing we could want. The price was reasonable....
