“THE WINDOW AC UNIT RATTLED AND SQUELLED ALL NIGHT. SO BAD I HAD TO PUT MY EAR BUDS IN TO SLEEP. THE DOORS TO EVERYONE ELSE ROOM SLAMMED SHUT ALL NIGHT LONG AS PEOPLE ENTERED AND LEFT. THERE WERE NO LAMPS IN THE ROOM AT THE BEDSIDE TABLE OR DESK. ONE LIGHT OVER SINK AND IN STOOL ROOM. NO HOT WATER IN SINK OR SHOWER. FLOOR IS A VERY CHEAP LAMINATE. COLD, HARD, AND DIRTY. REAL PROBLEM WAS ROOM ABOVE ME HAD SAME TYPE OF FLOORING LAND THE PERSON ABOVE ME SPENT THE NIGHT ROLLING AROUND IN THE……

“I didn't eat the breakfast. I probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway. I have picture to show how horrible the room is! I just was there on April 18, 2026. The air conditioner vent wasn't clean! The window had rust and mold in it! The carpet and the walls were dirty. The bathroom door was stuck in the wall! The bathroom faucet was broken! The shower door was rusted and ugly! The front desk said all the room were in about the same condition, but she didn't offer me a refund!! The front……

“In April 2026 this hotel is brand new and pristine. Fantastic place to stay. Worth noting that this one is in Scott, not in Lafayette proper. There is another one in Lafayette proper.”

“The elevator was broke the entire 5 day visit. Advertised breakfast but only coffee was available. Snack machine was empty the entire 5 days! Was a no smoking hotel supposedly but it stunk of smoke in hallways and the room itself. I reserved 2 queen beds and got two double beds Had to ask for more towels for our 3rd registered guest on day one…..had to try 3x to get those as no one was available at the front desk and no button available to ring for service No manager name or number on walls……

“This was actually my first time staying at a BW property. The property was in a great location. The hotel overall was clean. But Ms. Michelle made my stay extra special. There were a group of kids there and upon arrival the hotel was noisy. But it was still early. She seen my facial expression and assured me that it was going to be ok. Every day she checked on me and even knew me by name, that made me feel good. ”

“Suite was better than expected. Large 2 mini fridges , breakfast had a variety every morning but you can never go wrong with the waffles. Staff was very friendly and professional . Will definitely stay again on my next visit. ”
