"We paid for breakfast but the front desk said we didn't order one I want a partial refund. The AC didn't work. Had to call maintenance to fix it . Cleck at FRONT desk at checkout was irritated and not helpful when I asked a question"

"Staff were great, bedroom was ok. Mattress had a sheet that didn’t fit and the pad underneath moved all around as the connecting piece was broken. Surprised to see one sheet on the mattress barely. Coffee and some tea provided in room but surprisingly for an English hotel the rooms had no black tea. ..."
