"A gem in the center of London. Easy to access. The room is neat and clear. The staff service is very friendly. It is very good for value."

"Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices."
