“I arrived at 3:15 and couldn’t find anyone to check me in until 4pm. Place is seriously run down and staff not even trying. Carpets were stained, with sticky blotches and wet areas. Absolutely wasn’t going barefoot in my room. Curtains didn’t close properly so I had to secure them with a hair clip for privacy. Multiple long hairs in the tub. Whole place was disgusting and if I could have gotten my money back I would have left. At least the fridge and microwave worked but this is a very last……

“The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. It seemed bigger than the pictures. We enjoyed golfing at the Venango course and kayaking at Edinboro Lake. No issues with anything!!!”

“I remember when this property was microtel many years ago. I understand the idea of reasonably fairly low cost lodging, but maintenance of the little things is a pet peeve of mine. I was disheartened by how unkept the room floors were, It looked like noone had vacuumed! Windows and door jams needed TLC. The breakfast was fairly good, but the power would go out from it being over burdened due to over use and wait times were increased to refill the service areas. Money is hard to come by these……

“The staff was great, no issues. The room was okay. The bathroom was a little dingy in the shower. You could see the corners were dusty in most places. My largest complaint was the beds. The mattresses were wildly uncomfortable and my back hurt after every night. The sheets were rough and the pillows were way too soft, no support at all. The breakfast was okay but the selection was limited. Most hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range have at least had pancakes or waffles to choose from. Had……

“Was a very nice stay. However, I think housekeeping should check all rooms daily to see if something needs filled, replaced, or taken out. After several days we had to go hunt down someone for toilet paper. The trash was overflowing by day 3.”

“Property was nice, the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. I didn't agree with the extra 10 dollar incidental charge, they already had my credit card. I don't understand why it was deemed necessary.”
