“Overall a great place to stay! beautiful views and walking distance to everything you could need. The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. Finally called the help line and they let me know you have to walk to the side of the building to a staircase. I would say, the one thing to improve for summer guests would be to have……

“A little outdated. Check in needs clearer instructions. Tells you where to get key, but not which door key is for. Says return parking pass but not where to get the parking pass. Says two cars can park but only gives you one pass. Need instructions how to lock the door if you leave. Internet never worked. Was a great place to hang out in between meetings.”

“This place is exactly as pictured. This is a wonderful place to stay. We weren't skiing but the location was perfect for visiting Girdwood and Whittier. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the resort has plenty of conveniences for groceries, basic needs and places to eat. It has a wonderful little pizza place and bakery at the entrance to the resort. The communication with the host from start to finish was easy and all our questions were answered.
