“Very clean, host was accommodating, very nice stay”

“The owners/staff at the Carolina Motel were friendly and helpful. There weren't a lot of upgrades but they weren't needed because everything was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Since it isn't a huge hotel, it was nice being able to keep my curtains and door open while I was in the room, simply enjoying the outdoor space as well. Coffee was available in the mornings but I rated the amenities as average because there wasn't water in the swimming pool. ”

“The heater made an awful sound after being on for a little while, it was super cold in the room when I got there so it took forever to heat it up The hot water didn't really get too hot but it was warm enough to take a shower. My biggest issue was when I arrived The website claims the price you see is the price you pay but when I got there I was told I had to pay $100 deposit that I would receive back when I left didn't see anything about that on the website before I booked it All in all I'd say……

“Clean rooms, friendly staff. Though old, the building looked cared for. Property (grass, landscape and pool) needed care, certainly hurts the first impression. ”
